Cant expect Justice froma court composed of chickens!!!

I am disappointed….. Yes I am very disappointed with the Delhi court acquitting the prime accused in the Jessica lal murder case. The case had seemed simple enough with lot of people coming forward as witness to her murder, which was done, mind you, in front of hoards of people. Of course, when it takes more than 6 years for a case to come into the court, what can you really expect!!!!! Most of the witnesses turned hostile. And please do remember, one of the co accused Vikas Yadav is the prime accused in another murder case.

I really don’t think there Is any justice any more. And I really fear for myself, and all the average Indians. I head from one of the guys on a forum on orkut, that what happened to her was “Occupational hazard”. Coz she was there serving drinks to the high rollers who have German sledgehammers for pens. But when u mix guns with drinks, like Russel Peters says" Somebody gotta get hurt real bad"

Sick really, if this is what an average Indian thinks.

I am really one of those people, who is very passive when it comes to injustice of any kind.I am not very proud of that, but it is just that some how very sub consciously I have stopped forming opinions of my own, for the prime reason of not getting into trouble. But this is infuriating and despicable, not coz the case took such a turn, but because I really dint expect people to say, it was her fault. I don’t know, if this is some form of shrugging your shoulder and saying, what to do, Indian judicial system is going to dogs, and the only way to survive is not to get into these kinda situation. Blaming the profession!!!!! It just boils down to the fact that, if you are a model, or one of those people who move around in the high society party circuit, voluntarily or not, you deserve to get raped or murdered by anybody with money and power .

I know , this is just one of those many situations, that we have come across to prove beyond doubt there is nothing called justice. This is just one of those examples, which got too much of media attention…and may be…. may be after the family appeals again…there is some hope… But what about all those countless cases which never gets talked about, because the people involved in it are not that high profile ….. I don’t know ….. I really don’t know!!!!!!!!!
